We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you register for membership, create a member profile, participate in member forums, make a payment, or otherwise interact with the Site. This information

- Identity & contact information - your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and professional title.
- Professional credentials - your professional discipline, licensure, certifications, NPI number, employer or practice name, and years of experience.
- Payment & billing information - credit or debit card details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment card data is processed directly by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
- Member-generated content - profile information, forum posts, comments, and other content you submit through the member portal.
- Usage & analytics data - pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, browser type, device type, IP address, and other technical information collected automatically when you use the Site.
We collect usage data through cookies and similar tracking technologies. Please see Section 5 (Cookies) for more information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your membership registration and payments
- Provide access to the member portal, forums, and other member benefits
- Communicate with you about your membership, events, and NSAP news and updates
- Send you our newsletter and other communications (you may opt out at any time)
- Improve the Site and our services through analytics
- Enforce our Terms of Use and other policies
- Comply with applicable legal obligations

8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended solely for use by licensed and credentialed autism care professionals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States. Our data collection and privacy practices are designed to comply with applicable U.S. law, including California law. If you are accessing the Site from
